Health Coaching

Do you know what you need to do, but don't know how to start?  Nutrition On Track's Health Coaching services will provide you with the accountability and support that you need to gain power over your health and live the life you deserve. This service is designed for individuals wishing to enhance their general nutrition knowledge and learn practical skills which fit into their personal lifestyle in order to feel their best and Be their best. 

Initial Consultations: begin with an initial consult to review medical history, recent biochemical parameters, food intake patterns and behaviors, and exercise regimen. You and the Dietitian will then collaboratively set goals to optimize your health & wellness. 

Follow-up Consultswill provide continued support based on your individual needs, whether it is knowledge, practical skills, and/or emotional support. They may be located in the office, outside while taking a walk, or elsewhere. You and the Dietitian will come up with a schedule to ensure you achieve success with your lifestyle modifications. Follow up sessions may include: 

  • Creating meal plans
  • Personalized Grocery Shopping Tour
  • Review of food logs with feedback from the Dietitian
  • Cooking quick &  nutritious meals for the family

Weight Loss ProgramWeight loss can be an overwhelming endeavor, especially with all of the nutrition information out there today. Through an initial consultation and follow-ups described above, you and the Dietitian will collaboratively work to get you well on your way to meeting your weight goal. The Dietitian will help you manage this pursuit. You will receive the educational, practical, and emotional support, as well as accountability in order to successfully make the necessary lifestyle changes and Become the healthy you which you envision! 

Weight Maintenance Program: This program is designed for individuals who have achieved success with weight loss but are finding it challenging to sustain that weight loss. During your sessions,  you will collaboratively work with the Dietitian to build upon the strategies that have already worked well for you and make the necessary modifications to maintain your desired weight and well-being. 


Worksite Wellness

Worksite wellness nutrition services are designed for businesses with a desire to invest in their employees' health and wellness and ultimately create a culture of health & produce optimal productivity. Nutrition On Track's worksite wellness services can support a variety of health and wellness needs of employees, from optimizing sports performance to management of chronic disease. In addition to individual nutrition education and coaching described above, the following group workshops are available:
